Instructions for joining Sahaja Online Meditation sessions

The first step in attending our online meditation sessions is to sign up on our website and create your profile. Once you have done this and logged in, you can view the list of online sessions on our Meditation Calendar.

The Meditation Calendar displays information about each session.

We request that you RSVP for any session you plan to attend by clicking on the RSVP button against the respective session. You have until 12 hours prior to the session start to confirm your RSVP. You can also cancel your RSVP if your plans change.

Fifteen minutes prior to each session’s start time, click the Live Session button to join.

Please note that the Live Session button for each session is only displayed starting 15 minutes prior to each session’s start. Until then you should see “RSVP closed” against the session.

The Live Session button also changes to Watch Session automatically after our session is complete. Clicking on this will show you a recording of the session.

You may be able to attend the session even without prior RSVP, but we cannot guarantee this.

If you’re seeing “Not Available” against a session just prior to or while the session is in progress, it means that the session is full or isn’t being conducted due to fewer than the minimum RSVPs we needed.

Attending our online sessions on a device

Sahaja Online uses the Zoom interface.

Note that the Zoom application is installed automatically on your device (such as a laptop) the first time that you try to attend our session – this installation only takes a few seconds. On devices such as iPads and other tablets, the Zoom app is installed when you try to attend one of our sessions for the first time. You may also install it from the Apple or Android app store.

Attending our sessions over the phone

Zoom provides a feature for dialing into our sessions even if you do not have a computer or mobile device. Below is the information for this:
