All our sessions typically range from 30 to 60 mins. We try to have 3-4 Ongoing sessions and at least one Introductory session every week. Instructors may vary across these sessions depending on their availability. We also offer a variety of different sessions and a particular type of session, such as a energy balancing session or a collective foot soak session, may not be repeated each week. A lot of our scheduling is also based on audience preferences and feedback, so please feel free to indicate your preference through our online polls when conducted in our sessions or through the Contact page.
